Scope
La Paz Boat Watch offers scheduled visual observations and digital documentation for eligible recreational vessels in agreed marina locations. No certified marine surveys, mechanical repairs, onboard operation, continuous guarding or emergency response are included.
Access and authorization
Services require the vessel owner's express authorization, marina access approval and safe conditions. A marina listed on this site is a potential service area, not an endorsement or guaranteed access location.
Aerial documentation
Drone operations, if agreed, are subject to applicable aviation regulations, marina permissions, weather, operational safety and privacy. No flight is guaranteed in circumstances where it is prohibited or unsafe.
Fees and subscription activation
Published prices are proposed monthly plan prices in Mexican pesos, for vessels up to 40 ft, subject to service assessment. Subscription billing is not available until a supported processor is configured and the service terms are approved. No card information is collected on this website.
Changes, cancellation and liability
Detailed provisions for cancellations, refunds, suspension, limitations of liability and applicable taxes have not yet been finalized and must be agreed in writing before activation.
