Everything you should know before booking.

Clear expectations are part of a dependable service.

What is Boat Watch?

A scheduled visual monitoring service providing photographic documentation and reports to owners who are away from their vessels.

Do you provide mechanical inspections?

No. We do not offer certified marine surveys, engine diagnostics, electrical inspection or mechanical repairs. Qualified professionals must handle those activities.

Can I receive updates in the United States or Canada?

Yes. We provide digital reports and communication in English or Spanish.

Will you board or enter my boat?

Only when expressly authorized, safely accessible, and permitted by the marina. Interior observations are limited to agreed accessible areas and eligible plans.

Are drone flights guaranteed?

No. Aerial documentation depends on aviation requirements, marina rules, privacy considerations, weather and operational safety. Alternative deliverables require prior agreement.

Is my vessel guaranteed to be secure?

No. Scheduled visual visits are not continuous surveillance, insurance, emergency response or a guarantee that all problems will be detected or prevented.

Where do you offer services?

We evaluate requests at Marina de La Paz, Marina Palmira, Marina Puerta Cortés and Marina CostaBaja. Availability depends on access approvals; no marina partnership is implied.

How do monthly subscriptions work?

You request a plan, we review the vessel and access requirements, and only after approval do we send a secure Stripe subscription link once payment processing is configured.

Are prices in US dollars?

No. Listed prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN). Your card issuer may show a converted amount and may apply foreign transaction charges.
